I just about forgot to post tonight. Whoop for the Aggies on their win today. I may not care about football and I may be a two percenter, but I’m related to some serious fans, so I’ll get excited for them.
Here’s something to consider: according to The Biggest Loser the other night, the average American gains seven pounds between Thanksgiving and New Year’s. So… when in the day should I be working out? I think, beginning tomorrow, I will set aside some time for myself. Our building has a nice new gym, and I have been meaning to do this forever. I don’t know how I walked my pregnant (then post-partum) patoo with two giant dogs every night, and now I can’t do more than walk the mall for a few minutes. Perhaps it is the exhaustion. Exercise gives me more energy and improves my mood dramatically – I just need to get back in the habit. Public shaming to follow if I don’t at least go tomorrow. My goal is four times a week for the first two weeks.
