At one year, Zoe weighs 19 pounds, 6 ounces and is 30 inches tall. Her head circumference is 47 centimeters. She is healthy and has five and a half teeth. She tolerates vaccines, finger sticks, and TB exposure tests like a champ. What a wonderful little child.
My computer is not so lucky. It is, as I said, hosed. Water got into the circuitry, and it will cost $755 to fix it. This is a travesty, particularly for Joel, since he has been pining away for a PS3, and I have denied this purchase on monetary grounds.
My strep test last week was negative, so they did a throat culture, and over the weekend it grew to reveal itself as another strain of strep. I’m on antibiotics and praying to all the gods that Zoe and Joel and anyone else I have been around does not get sick. (In case anyone was ever concerned, my last MRI came back just fine.)
Joel will attempt to rescue the stuff from the hard drive. I care about very little on there but the pictures. Oh, the pictures.

I’m glad your MRI came back normal!
Also, the PS3 is overrated. We’re were loyally PS2 people, caved, bought and XBox, and hated it. But we love the 360.
Oh no! $755! What a rip.
And the baby was sitting in MY lap! Oh, dear. WHAT HAVE I DONE?
