Get me in 80 degree heat in wine country and I want to cry faintheartedly, "heeeelp meh! I'm melting!" The no sweating unless exercising life is pretty good, except for there are no swimming pools, no bathing suits, no beaches that you can tan on, rare sundresses, and sandals are RARE. I did mourn the loss of warm weather for some time, but overall I really enjoy a temperate climate. An excellent excuse for fun jackets, scarves, etc. as part of the very day wardrobe! Good luck on the rest of the 30 day shed! I'm sure you've shocked your body gooood and it will come around to where your mind is at soon.
